Positive Reward for Exercise: 123GoTV positively rewards child for efforts. The child wants a desired outcome: television. To achieve outcome child must pedal bike. When TV programming begins child is rewarded for exercise. |

Negative Stimuli: When an obstacle is put in the way of a desired reward, the desire for that reward decreases. When a child wants to watch TV he/she will recall work is required to get TV. Desire to watch TV goes down as the child considers other rewards that can be more easily achieved, such as playing with friends. |
