Margie Mullen, President & CEO
Ms. Mullen is the Founder of KidExerciser and Inventor of 123GoTV. Having experienced first-hand how hard it is to entice a child to exercise in this TV, computer, iPhone age. Margie was driving to work one day, mulling over a remark her spouse had made about their son: "I wish there were a way we could force him to exercise in order to watch TV."
"Suddenly I was struck with an epiphany! We can't force kids to exercise, but we can link the two, making exercise a necessary and enjoyable element of watching television. By the time I reached the office, my mind was racing with plans!".
That was in September 2009. Margie put together a team of experts to launch the product. Her 20 years as a business owner gave her the skills, experience, and financial strength to manage a team of employees and consultants. She met with her computer consultant, Don Heim, who explained how the new device could work, with Teresa Codiroli - an avid kids' health enthusiast - gave valuable insight and feedback about the sorry state of physical education in schools nation-wide.
"We all agreed that 123GoTV could be a critical tool in the fight against childhood obesity and improving kids' health in general. We were off and running!"
After numerous efforts to get the safest, strongest and most reliable components, this revolutionary exercise product is now ready for market.
